Agra Ventures Announces Agreement to Extend Maturity Date


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Agra Ventures Ltd. (“AGRA” Where the “Company”) (CSE: AGRA) (OTC: AGFAF) (FRA: PU30), a diversified and growth-oriented company focused on the international cannabis industry, announces that it has entered into an agreement with the holders of the Company’s 10.00% Senior Convertible Unsecured Debentures (the “Debentures”) to amend the debentures to extend the maturity date for an additional twelve months to March 12, 2023. The Company has further settled the aggregate interest accrued on the debentures for the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 , totaling $2,100,000, by issuing 1,200,000 common shares in the capital of the Company on a pro rata basis to the holders of the debentures.
